If you need to return an item that has already been shipped, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Refunds are available within 30 days of your order being shipped. Please note that refunds are not available for serialized FFL items or custom parts. Additionally, shipping charges are non-refundable, and we must receive the item(s) back before issuing a refund. Items that show signs of wear or use cannot be refunded.

All firearms must be shipped to a Licensed Firearms Dealer or picked up in our store. The following parts will not be shipped to the following states:
California - no sales of non-compliant firearms
Colorado - no sales of non-compliant firearms
Connecticut - no sales of firearms or parts
Delaware - no sales of firearms or parts
Hawaii - no sales of non-compliant firearms
Illinois - no sales of firearms or parts
Maryland - no sales of non-compliant firearms
New Jersey - no sales to New Jersey due to order from the Attorney Generals Office for the state of New Jersey (New Jersey residents must setup the purchase of WPA parts through one of our dealers, contact us for more details)
New York - no sales of non-compliant firearms
Rhode Island - no sales of non-compliant firearms
Vermont - no sales of non-compliant firearms

•Avoid Duplicate Orders: Please do not place your order a second time. If you do, a 5% cancellation fee will be applied to refund the first order.
•Adding to Your Order: To add items, simply include them in your cart and write “Add to order #(your original order#)” in the notes.
•Avoid Double Shipping Charges: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us for a discount code to prevent paying double shipping fees.
•Making Changes: If you need to make changes, like adjusting the color, please send us a message with your order number and the change you’d like. Changes cannot be made once your order has shipped.

When shipping your firearm or parts for machining, please include the following:
•Order Form: Include a service order form detailing the services you want, along with any special instructions.
•FFL File Copy: If you’re shipping a frame or receiver, include our FFL file copy.
•Driver’s License: A copy of your driver’s license.
Important: If shipping a handgun, only use FedEx or UPS 2nd Day Air Service.
Payment Information:
Payments must be received before we ship your item back. We accept Credit Cards, Certified Checks, or Money Orders. Once your work is complete, we’ll contact you and send an invoice via email, which you can pay directly through the provided link.
