What's Covered
Our warranty covers the functionality of parts, provided that they are used and installed correctly. This includes any significant blemishes in the finish that may affect the appearance or performance of the parts. We understand that the majority of blemishes can occur during the shipping process, and we want to address these issues swiftly. If your parts arrive damaged, please contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Important Warranty Information
•Assembly: Wolfpack Armory will not warranty completed firearms that were not assembled at our facility. This ensures that all components are correctly installed and functioning as intended.
•User Responsibility: Our warranty does not cover parts that have been damaged due to improper use or installation by the user. It is crucial to follow proper installation procedures and use the correct parts to maintain the integrity and functionality of your firearm.
It is also the user's responsibility to purchase the adequate shipping label to send the part back to Wolfpack Armory (special circumstances may apply- please reach out via email with any questions pertaining to return shipping). Wolfpack Armory will then cover the shipping costs for returning the part back to you.
