Refunds, cancellation, and warranty info
all returns and warranty work must include a filled out return form (at bottom of page) or it will not be processed!
Warranty: All of our products come with a repair/replacement warranty on defective parts. Covered under warranty are the function of parts (only if correct parts are used and installed correctly) and major blemishes in the finish. The majority of blemishes happen during the shipping process, so please contact us IMMEDIATELY if your parts arrive damaged. All warranty work is ultimately left to the discretion of Wolfpack Armory. We take pride in our customer service and want nothing but the best for our customers, so if you have issues with your parts, please contact us, be respectful, and we will make sure your issue gets resolved.
Wolfpack Armory will not warranty completed firearms that were not assembled at our facility.
Wolfpack Armory will not warranty parts that were damaged due to improper use or installation by the user.
Cancellation: This only applies to orders that have not yet been shipped. A 5% cancellation fee will be charged.
Refund: If you would like a refund of an item that has been shipped out already, a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Refunds will only be issued within 30 days of your order being shipped. No refunds shall be issued on serialized FFL items OR custom parts. Shipping charges are non-refundable; your item(s) must be returned before we can refund your purchase. Items that show signs of wear or usage are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please contact us for more information on refunds.
Wolfpack Armory is NOT responsible for any packages deemed delivered by signature confirmation to the customer. If your order becomes lost or stolen AFTER proof of delivery, you must make a claim with your local Post Office and/or Police Department. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace lost or stolen orders.
Return shipping info
Return Shipping: Wolfpack Armory does NOT cover return shipping costs or packaging to send your parts back for repair or return.
Serialized items: May be shipped directly from the customer to us as long as FFL transfer has taken place. Serialized items MUST be shipped via UPS or FedEx 2nd Day Air Service. Serialized items must be shipped with our FFL file copy and filled out return form.
Non-Serialized items: May be shipped via USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground service. Shipments MUST include your filled out return form.
Documentation: ALL SHIPMENTS coming back to Wolfpack Armory MUST INCLUDE a COMPLETED and SIGNED RETURN FORM (found below).
